Only individuals with existing interment rights based on Heritage Family Rights may be buried in St. Michael's Cemetery. The links contained in the following paragraphs are to pages from the Operating Procedures and Regulations.

Anyone wishing to be interred in St. Michael's Cemetery should have their Funeral Director complete the Right of Interment Request Form as part of the pre-planning and present it to the Foundation for approval. Funeral home directors, please fill in all information and mail the form with payment.

Alternately, individuals or families who wish to be buried in St. Michael’s Cemetery may request pre-approval by completing a Right of Interment Request Form. The request, along with all pertinent documentation, should be submitted to the Foundation for approval.

Once the Foundation approves a request, all documentation will remain on file until needed. Please note, no documentation will be returned to the applicant. Do not submit originals. Documents must be certified by a Notary Public. In the event the request is disapproved, the application will be kept in the file and not be returned to the applicant. However, the applicant will be informed of the decision.

A fee of $2500, payable to the Foundation, is assessed at the time of interment. This is payable to:
